You've asked for T-shirts, and we're going to give them to you! Each month, we'll run a few designs for new T-shirts past you and ask you to make a pledge to buy any that you like. Once we have enough pledges, we'll print the shirts, send you an email with a link to the product, and ask you to purchase the T-shirt that you pledged to buy. This is totally on the honor system, but we trust you to honor your word. If any T-shirt doesn't get enough pledges, we will discard that design. Hopefully, this will give you the T-shirts that you want and allow us to try new things without taking the financial risk that printing the T-shirts would present. So go ahead and pledge away!

Update! Two of the T-shirts are now available for preorder, with delivery expected in July.

Green Slaad

The Golem for sure---but I think that I will buy 1 of each.

Acererak

Lose the poem on the gobby t-shirt and I'm in.

Awesome.

The Golem shirt for sure although I'd prefer it to be just a smaller icon underneath the paizo name or maybe on the back.

Same vote, though I like the idea of having Paizo on the front, and the Golem on the back.

The Oliphaunt of Jandelay

Can you please please please do a Karzoug and/or Oliphaunt Tshirt?

Female Fighter

Got to go with the goblins! All the way. It will be great for bowling!

As for the Paizo Golem, How about a collared, short-sleeved pull over shirt with a small golem and Paizo marque under it stitched over the left breast. When the local sports teams I support do that I always snatch them up for summer wear at the office. Just a suggestion. LOL

Haldir (Pathfinder Campaign Setting Superscriber)

voted for the gobbies, gotta have the gobbies!!!

The other two shirts are nice, but I've never been one for game stats on a T-shirt & the golem is nice, just not me. The price is a bit hard to swallow for a T-shirt, but if it's a quality material then I guess it's ok.

& yes I vote for more colors!!! Also, like a previous poster said, subduded colors, more like stone grey, maroon, mustard those shades vs bright colors.

I don't mind black, just I can't really wear them in eastern Oregon summers (can get up to 115 here sometimes!!!), so having it different colors would allow me to wear them year-round.

Once again, excellent way to listen and serve your customer base. I cannot say enough times that the integrity and customer focus of PAIZO is what I expect from the stewards of our game. I voted to select the PAIZO golem, and would feel proud to wear and advertise for such a great company!

My feedback/opinion on the black shirts: I would have preferred to buy the black shirts, however, the font of the goblin song is too small, Valeros' last two ability scores are obscured, I'd prefer to see PAIZO or PATHFINDER in larger, prominent font. Just my preference...

Aboleth

I like all three, but I love the goblin shirt ^^

I'm with the Paizo Golem. The goblin shirt, though nice in colour has already been done. And as for the fighter, that is a type of shirt I would not wear. not saying others wouldn't, but I rarely wear "gaming" shirts or such anymore. The Paizo Golem is something I think works well, and truely gets to show off my favorite gaming publisher.

Count me down for a Golem t-shirt. My pledge.

I'll pass on the black for now...I have enough black gamer t-shirts to be thoroughly misunderstood by the media. ;-)

When we moved in together my future wife loaded up two full garbage bags full of black t-shirts. And I still had plenty left. Even today I imagine a gaggle of homeless fellows walking around in Frazetta t-shirts.

So I have an official ban on any further black t-shirts. I voted on the white just because it wasn't black.

A nice green or blue would be nice.

Crystal Cat

Hm... I think the old b/w goblin shirt was way more stylish than the new one. I also like shirts that are less obviously "Gamer Shirts" (btw. the same for band shirts).

Taldor GeraintElberion (Pathfinder Campaign Setting Superscriber)

The golem - that looks like a cool t-shirt design, the others just look like a cool picture pinned on a plain tee.

Iggwilv

Also want the Crit Fumble t-shirt as well, but that's not up for vote yet. :P

Wise man, that Taliesin. The above earns a "me too!"

Pledging for the Golem design, because it's nice, simple, and striking while uncluttered. I'd probably pledge on a revised goblin design.

I just want to make sure the Crit Fumble Deck Tee Shirt does not get forgotten.
I think, if produced, the Crit Fumble Deck Tee Shirt would outsell every other Tee Shirt on this site.

Goblins!!!!

Man in Battle

I voted for goblins!

Cheliax Thammuz (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Companion, Modules Subscriber)

Umbragen

Voted goblins; agree that it would work with the chant on the back to lessen the clutter on the front.

Putting an interest ahead of time for Karzoug, and our iconic Barbarian or Druid.

Kassmak

I gotta go with the goblins. There's something about having merrily singing, pyromanic nutcases on a t-shirt that appeals to me.

Taliesin Hoyle (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game, Campaign Setting Subscriber)

Bit pricey for these. I like the golem shirt though.

Andoran Vattnisse (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber)

Wereweasel

The golem. No contest there.

Iconic Wizard avatar

Double-sided shirts raise the price to a level we're not comfortable charging.

So, unfortunately, no double-sided shirts.

Goldsmith

I gotta say, the only one that would speak to me is the critical miss/Gamemastery, or just a plain old pathfinder logo. I like the Golem but it's just not enough about the game, to me.

The others are too cluttered. I don't like the design.

Haldir (Pathfinder Campaign Setting Superscriber)

If were doing future t-shirt designs, I'd like to see that gnome druid on a T-shirt, but of course in a different color then black thou. Maybe a olive or something.

One reason we didn't put the goblin song on the back is that it would have cost somwhere from $2 to $3 more per shirt to do that. Since the shirts are already a bit higher in price than we really wanted, we decided to work the song into the front design to save on cost.

These t-shirts are really of a very high quality, which is the main reason for the higher price. We thought our original goblin t-shirt wasn't of a high enough quality, so went looking for a new t-shirt vendor. We asked about 5 of them to send in samples and found this company's to be the best for the price.

As for the colors, we went with black because my experience in this industry is that black t-shirts outsell other color t-shirts by a 3 to 1 margin. I would love to be proven wrong with this, since I also would prefer non-black t-shirts. Our next set of designs will feature a non-black, non-white t-shirt to test out this theory.

This whole t-shirt thing is a work in process. As always, we will take feedback from our customers and hone in on making the process one that best fits our customers.

OFFICIAL WORD! GOBLIN SHIRT! WE BE GOBLINS YOU BE FOOD!

I just, moment ago, Spoke With James Jacobs and James Davis.

This poll, as has been said, has been a work in progress. This has been to get an idea of what our customer base would want to wear and put on their bodies. Given that, the Goblin T-Shirt image on the website will not be changed. However! Should the shirt get enough vote to become something physical the Goblin Song will have the "We be Goblins - You be Food" correction on it.

To review:

Onsite Image will not change.

James Davis is a busy man.

Actual shirt, if it gets enough votes, will include the text change.

You are my pummy-ummy-wumpkin.

I just voted for the fighter shirt. The price is higher than I really like for a 'Tee' but I am willing to try one if I have the money when they come out.

A simple gray shirt with the pathfinder logo over the right breast would probably get a vote from me.

Likewise a good dragon tee-shirt would probably go over well. Perhaps dark blue with the White Dragon on it.

I voted for the goblin shirt too, but I'd like to add my vote for simplifying it a bit.

Patrissa Vrakes

I would go for the Paizo Golem shirt if it was not white. Instead, I will buy the Goblin shirt because of the song. *L

Jeva

It may have to wait until next paycheck but I'm definitely interested in the golem shirt. To me the golem looks a little goofy but it's a cool goofy like the giff. Also if the the golem shirt is wrap around with the mascot image on both sides it would definitely be worth it.

Taliesin Hoyle wrote:
The Valeros shirt has the same issue. It has the stats mashed up against the image. Two of the stats are obscured.

Darn it I like it ... Wis and Cha?! They sure are obscured by BEEFY FIGHTERY GOODNESS :^D

That'll also help motivate me after I tear the sleeves out and wear it to the gym (I just hit 4th level myself and am working on +1 STR)

I'd also buy other iconics too and I've put down for a gobby (which rates as highly as the old "Half Orcs vs Charisma" shirts IMHO)

Crow

I voted for the Goblin, though I really want the black & white lone goblin on the front and the goblin song on the back, just like you already have. And the $15 price is much more reasonable for a t-shirt. Maybe the fact that they've been sold out of most sizes for a long time indicates their popularity. Please make more!!!

Put there a T-shirt with that pretty sorceress, and we have a deal.

I've got the other goblin shirt (B&W), so I picked fighter. Anything with WAR rocks. I've got a signed print of his, and I even added a picture of him under heroes on my MySpace page. Wayne Renolds, ftw.

Jagyr Ebonwood wrote:

[nitpick] I'm disappointed that the final line of the goblin song on the t-shirt was changed to "we the goblins - you the food!"

I much prefer "we be goblins - you be food!" [/nitpick]

I thought there was something wrong with the song. Now I know why! I second the vote to change the song back.

Vecna

I voted goblins. Though, like others, I prefer the original black and white with the original goblin song. It must have the "BE"! We BE goblins you BE food is so much funnier! I plan to sing this song to my players in an upcoming 4e Pathfinder campaign I am preparing. Does anyone have any music for that? In any case I will purchase the goblin shirt even if it is the new color one.

Small Demon

I like the golem, but I'd like it in black.

If the goblins were just goblins on the front and the song on the back, then I'd be down with that one, too.

-Ben.

Venture-Captain Shevala

Golem for me....
I like it white... nice change from gamer black.

As a second shirt... I'd buy a polo with a smaller Golem and logo for work wear....

I'd also go for goblins if the song were on the back... but too much writing on the front for my taste...

Osirion Wicht (Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, Adventure Path Subscriber)

Akyrak

Instead of the Paizo Logo on a polo, I would rather have a compass and the word Pathfinder.

I'd much (MUCH) rather see the lyrics on the back (original, proper lyrics PLEASE) and a bigger goblin design on the front.

WTF, quit it with the black already! White shows off Cheesie-puff dust too well!
I want some friggin' colors!!!! I'd buy 1 of each in large if you offered other colors!!!

I agree! I want an elven fighter on a PURPLE t-shirt!

Mithral Scarab

hmm... only the goblins one sparks my interest; my boyfriend is crazy about that song and would love the shirt...if it said "we be goblins, you be food," I'd likely buy it for him... if he hadn't already ordered it! (so I didn't vote)

as for me, I'd like t-shirts with the elaborate pictures in the new modules and the RPG, or different iconic characters. *no offense to anyone*, but the fighters are kinda boring to look at

You have such wonderful artwork, but pathfinder's shirts are lacking, comparatively to the competition. If you don't want to have too elaborate shirts, then get some iconic sayings on there - modules, whatever.

as for colors: no white! black: ok , colors that look good with the picture: good!

Mithral Scarab

I agree! I want an elven fighter on a PURPLE t-shirt!

I want ANYTHING on a purple shirt! Go PURPLE!!!

I love the fighter shirt, and I think having his character sheet in the background is a stroke of genius. If there was a line of these with different character classes, not even necessarily from the Pathfinder series, I'd buy at least my classes. Make me a bard, a ranger, or a fighter/rogue... My adventuring party would love it, or I could wear it in real life, when I am questing solo.

Elf midwife

I like the goblin one, myself and cannot wait to vote for more! :)

HAHA! Goblin Shirt for sure!!
