I don't suppose this will match the floor plan for ** spoiler omitted **
It will not.
Spoiler:
The location in Council of Thieves is a pretty complex, large dungeon, and one that is on a different, parallel development schedule from the Flip Mat—what we're doing in the adventure would be unlikely to fit on the flip map, alas. Also, the Flip Mat Pathfinder Lodge is intended to be a functional one that's up and running—the lodge in Council of Thieves has been abandoned for 100 years and is in ruins.
The flip mat lodge is intended to be a "generic" Pathfinder lodge that could, perhaps, serve as a headquarters or base of operations for PCs in a Pathfinder-themed campaign. The lodge in Council of Thieves is more of a haunted house.
Thanks! The product team came up with a nice list of personal detail requests to add to most of the rooms. I'll wait for the comments when it gets released to see how many games find them...there are some REALLY good hidden things in this map.

Hey Corey, is the city map lying on the table in one of the tower chambers based on a certain city, or is it just something you made up?

I'll have to peek into that. I HAVE taken a couple large city maps from the Paizo website and included them here and there in my maps, but cannot recall for this particular one. I also have a number of old world city map photos that make there way into all of my work in some form, but I like to include some things from Paizo in the mix.
