I'm a bit surprised that this was a WotC book. I thought most of the Dragonlance stuff was from Margaret Weis' company.

That sort of restriction would not be legal.

Wizards *does* have an "Authorized Internet Retailer" program that we can't qualify for without having a brick-and-mortar location, but that program doesn't actually provide any benefits we deem especially worthwhile anyway. (Mainly, it creates restrictions on buying and selling Magic: The Gathering in exchange for being listed on their store locator.)

IIRC the campaign book was WotC, the rest were Margaret Weis' company.
