When is the combat pad going to be available again?

We have another press run on the way, but we're not yet sure when they'll arrive.

Any new word on this yet? Last I heard was "late June".

THey had some production delays, so three weeks or so have been added to the date. We may - MAY - have a couple of cases worth to sell at Origins, but I'm not holding my breath.

I guess my group will have to wait a bit longer for it. I unveiled a few Gamemastery items at my last session and told them I'd have the combat pad soon. Oh well. :)

I got my Combat pad at Origins.

I really like it.

The DM used it during the Dungeon Delve, and then he didn't use it at his own adventure later in the day, and i could see what a difference it made.

I much prefer it to writing notes and figuring out where I wrote the current initiative.

In a word: probably.

We did get two cases overnighted from China for the show, and sold quite a few. They were advance copies, though, so we won't have the main haul of them till, well, whenever they get here. But I can now state that they HAVE been printed, and I HAVE held one in my meaty mitts :)

Can't wait to see this back in stock. I'll definatly be ordering one. The GameMastery line of products is fantastic keep the great stuff coming.

The sad thing is that even with the combat pad, i still skip players sometimes! OOps! I'm lucky they love me.

Seriously,it's a great product that has improved my game and I'm sorry others are having to wait to get it.

I get around this problem by delegating the running of combat order to a player. It allows for me to concentrate more on what tactics my evil minions of death are going to use. The side benefit is I never skip anyone.

The shipment that arrived at Origins consisted of two cases that were overnighted directly from China. The bulk of the shipment should be hitting our warehouse at any moment.

I agree with Vic. I understand you wanted some to show off at the trade stand, but thats just even more frustrating for those of us with it ordered an age ago on the website and are still waiting for them to arrive!

We have just heard that the shipment is in customs here in the port of Seattle as we speak. With any luck, it is scheduled to be delivered to our warehouse this Wednesday morning. If that's the case, then Thursday the Big Brown Truck should be rolling out of here well laden with Combat Pads, on their way to your eager mitts!

Any news? are the pads going out today?

How does stock look. I went by the route of asking my local store to put me on the waiting list since I like to buy from them occasionally. If I don't get one by the end of the month because the store doesn't order them timely from the distributer am I out of luck for another 6 months?

This is all hypothetical. I have no clue what the local store is doing to get some in.

We've got confirmation that they will be delivered tomorrow, so they'll go out at the beginning of next week.

We'll have plenty, so if your retailer places an order, he should have no problem getting it filled in a couple of weeks.

Do you plan to have a good supply of them at GenCon?

I'm up in Canada and if I order a Combat Pad now, I'm unlikely to get it before GenCon anyway so my plan is to pick it up while I'm there and have a chance to meet you folks.

Not actual dimensions, but..

It is portable—about the size of a sheet of paper—so you can take it anywhere you're gaming.

Extra Magnet Packs Ordered! Along with a few other items I've been putting off ordering.

I just got my combat pad in last night, and I love it. The only thing that seemed odd is that I thought the pad itself, not the magnets, was going to be rigid, not floppy. It feels like some sort of soft plastic, instead of what I thought it was (from the description), a steel core with the printed stuff on top. I was thinking of actually gluing the piece of cardboard that comes in the sleeve to the back of it to make it less floppy. Anyway, thanks for a great product! I'll be using it with my group this Saturday.

My local store would only tell me that the distributer doesn't have any idea when they will have some. Thus I've ordered one from here today.

Is there a way to track our order? Mine says it was shipped on the 10th. It is now the 21st. Understandably the item is going from the Pacific coast to Atlantic Coast which is a long trip, but I'm pretty sure I purchased normal shipping (3-5 business days...maybe I didn't since it does not show me in the order history. But by the grand total of what I was charged, I doubt it).

USPS shipments aren't trackable (except for Express Mail). It's most likely going to turn up soon, though.

Hey I'm hoping that the week of pending means that since you were at GenCon that the orders are not getting filled as fast. Not that you are actually out and haven't changed the website to say they are back on backorder.
