It is already available as a PDF download on Catalyst Game Lab's own store, and there is a box set version in the preorder section. No indication when it will be out, though.

I just got mine in the mail *Though mine was a special order from Catalyst that came with an additional LE edition GM screen*

Hopefully Paizo will be getting theirs soon.
