Do both discounts stack? (Pathfinder Subscriber and the Card subscriper discount.) Or is it just the highest discount? (Pathfinder Subscriber or the Card subscriper discount.) I am just checking.

Another question, is there a possiblity of a PDF of the cards (like al the other subscriptions get).
I am planning on running Legacy of Fire soon. One thing I would love is to be able to designate a certain type of potion to a certain item card, eg the Cure Light Wounds potion always comes in a green potion bottle with leaves engraved upon it, but I would need multiples of the same card to do it properly. A PDF would enable me to do this easily.

I tried to add this subscription but it also added Legacy of Fire pack which I already have. Is there a way to add just the subscription?

YEs there was... when you add the subscription you can choose which product to start with. You missed that choice.

I hope so!
I have a few card packs but held off getting the rest as the weight of cards make it expensive. If there is a double whammy of discounts that will make it more attractive as the product discount would help with freight.

Nope, the discounts do not stack. With Pathfinder Advantage, you always take the best discount. In this case that would be the 20% off of the subscription compared to the 15% off of the Pathfinder Advantage.

I've been having trouble sleeping lately for some reason. I wake up around 2 to 3 am and can't get to sleep again until 6 or so. Hopefully I will be drifting off soon. Of course, this will screw with my plans to work on my kingdom in the River Kingdoms book. Maybe tomorrow. :)

So, I typically purchase 6 decks of each set that comes out (that way I have enough to hand out multiple items to my players, as needed). In this subscription, I appear to be only to sign up for a single set of each deck. How would I say sign up for 6 of each deck that comes out - purchase the subscription 6 times?

Thank you again for this subscription - and look another tag... Ain't life grand.

I love the card packs and only reciently found them. So I not only picked up the sub, but also got several of the back issue packs and boosters. However, the booster packs did not get the discount like the other cards did. Any chance this can be adjusted for the future? And hopefully made retro for people who had the subscription when the order was placed as I ordered about a dozen. ;)
Did I mention this is awesome? I'm also glad it has its own built-in discount even though it doesn't stack with PF Advantage. I don't see myself with an AP subscription forever so the card discount gives some wiggle room.

I too signed up for the cards. I might sign up for the map subscription later.

Contact customer service, and they can set you up. (We removed the ability for customers to do that because most people who signed up for multiple subscriptions didn't actually want them, and were instead just confused about how subscriptions work.)

It's fixed now. Thanks for letting us know! I'll have customer service fix up existing orders.

How do people tend to use the cards? Do you treat them as 1-use and write the abilities on the back, do you sleave them and write on the sleave or do you sleave them and put a seperate notecard in the back with the abilities?
I'm just curious... I've been tempted, but they are just a tad too expensive to bother with if you only use each one once...(maybe)

I personally have my players use a number 4 pencil on the back and then erase all the cards at the end of the campaign. A bunch of folks buy some of the inexpensive card sleeves like these and use sharpy on the back, then discard the sleeve. At $0.63 for a bag of 100 sleeves, that is a pretty cheap alternative.

I used little sticky notes. Haven't done the math, it may be cheaper to use the sleeves.

That seems fairly worthwhile, especially as I already have sleeves & already have sharpies.

You know I actually find this offer rather tempting.

Don't do it! It's a trap!
A delicious trap!
I love these cards! I've just started using them in my game over the past couple months and need more cards to "really" go at it whole-hog, but I'm looking forward to the day when I have my system down and each player has a little deck of their possessions.
It's getting enough duplicates to represent the very frequently found and common potions that proves the hardest part for me. I usually only need a few dupes for weapons and stuff (which is why I usually get two decks), but I'd like to have a card for each potion the party members carry so they actually have to spend a card when they use them.
Hmm... Any chance the Hero's Hoard boosters will come down in price? I loved occasionally getting those freebies with orders when you guys were doing that but at the cost of 1/3 of a 54 card deck I can't justify actually buying an 11 card booster. I know, I know, they won't come down because they're at MSRP and you can't set them down because you'd be undercutting the price you recommend for retail outlets.
Those freebie boosters are what caused me to start buying the decks though, so good scheme...er, I mean marketing strategy. (Seriously, it worked.)
Hmm... maybe if I convince myself that the boosters I already have (nine!) are included in the cost of buying future boosters, I can get around to buying some. Heck, if I buy nine more under the mental trickery that I'm actually buying 22 cards in each booster (11 of which I already have), I could double my Hero's Hoard cards.
Yeah, that's it. I'll have to remember that little trick next time I'm ready to order.

I think this was asked earlier, but I didn't see an answer. Figured I would throw it out there again, and see if there is any chance of getting these as a downloadable set in PDF?
You have a deck devoted entirely to weapons and a deck devoted entirely to equipment. Any chance of seeing a deck devoted more to armor. I have a stack of weapons about 4-5 inches tall, however the stack of armor is sorely lacking.
More ideas... that will help any Game Master, instead of rolling a table o deciding from a list, is to have a deck so the desition would be based on a random selection.

A kind of stupid question, and I'm probably asking in entirely the wrong place, but is there a list somewhere of what the little symbols on the cards represent? I don't just mean the one in the upper right hand corner; I also kind of need to know what the symbols for each deck are.
Sorry, I catalog my stuff. I'm strange that way...
Im ordering the subscripton and some of the old decks that are going out and its not showing my discount on the decks in my shopping cart.

I may be wrong, but I'd suspect the discount to only apply after you've received at least one 'subscriber shipment' otherwise Paizo are running the risk people will 'subscribe' to a product line, buy what previous releases they want at a discount, then cancel.

Steve is correct. (Well, technically, you don't have to have *recieved* it yet, but we do have to have *processed* it—or at least, be in the process of processing it.)
