[ProFantasy Software] Fractal Terrains Pro (Windows) RSS

Hi. I'm interested into this product. Is this a download as said in the title or a CD-Rom as said in the description? Living in germany I would prefer the download.

This is the download. We borrowed the description from the CD-ROM, which we no longer carry. I've updated it.

I purchased Fractal Terrains Pro and in the My Downloads section there is a message about needing to use the ProFantasy Download Manager. The link does take me to ProFantasy's etailer page, but after entering my serial # and order # the ProFantasy page gives me this error:

Sorry, there was an error
The product relating to this serial number is not handled by this download manager.

Please help. Thanks.

We forwarded your issue on to ProFantasy. Apparently, this was some sort of technical glitch on their end. It should work for you now. We apologize for the inconvenience.
