GameMastery Map Pack: Jungle
Paizo Publishing, LLC
The Natives are Restless
What ancient secrets lie hidden in the trackless vast of the jungle? In a realm where swarms of ravenous insects, stealthy predators, and man-eating plants are little more than the harrowing reality of everyday survival, opportunities for glory and wondrous discovery must be incredible indeed. Brave overgrown jungle ruins, a treacherous rope bridge, and the ever-present fear of cannibal rampage with Paizo Publishing’s latest GameMastery Map Pack! This line of gaming products provides simple and elegant tools for the busy Game Master. Inside, you’ll find 18 beautiful 5" × 8" map tiles that can be combined to form several iconic locations from classic jungle settings, including:
Poacher’s Campsite
Native Village
Shaman’s Hut
Rope Bridge
Jungle Idol
Lost Ziggurat
Game Masters shouldn’t waste their time drawing overgrown ruins and tangled undergrowth every time the player characters venture into the jungle. With GameMastery Map Pack: Jungle, you’ll always be ready for what the PCs might find in this inescapable wilderness!
For use with all tabletop roleplaying and miniatures games and usable by experienced GMs and novices alike, this product fits perfectly into any Game Master’s arsenal.
Good GMs can never have too many maps at their disposal, and Paizo’s GameMastery Map Packs provide high-quality gridded maps for use with both RPGs and miniatures games.

It gets pretty hairy in there! Hoping for an Eberroneque Vietnam Orc experience. Tall order, yes?

Farm is great, but this I'll probably use the most. Jungle ftw!

How I didn't see the Mwangi adventure path coming shortly after this is beyond me. Slipping, I am.

Mwangi is the defining moment of Pathfinder. I just hope we get Viet Nam and Apocalypse Now! meets Zulu Dawn! in the same package. This will be the moment Paizo shows its stuff.

This looks pretty awesome except...
The giant Idol blocks a bunch of area which makes so it would be difficult to run an encounter that goes around the idol.

Hehe, you make a good point. I thought of that when I made this idol. Having the head broken off would have made for another obstacle on the tile, but tilted slightly, you get the idea that this is a large piece of stone...you can use your imagination about going around it, right?
I got this in hand yesterday and it it REALLY nice looking. The rope bridge is probably my favorite.
