I still have my original one from the 80s! Unfortunately, my original Warduke and Paladin figures were distroyed by avid play many, many years ago.

About 6 inches (or 1/20 actual hook horror size).

I still like my Roper. Wish he had some 'action' built in, but his tentacles are cool.

Regarding the reviewer's comment - mileage definitely varies, mine was in fairly good shape.
