This looks like it will compatible with the Waterfront Map Pack. What's going to be on the flip side? Is there any chance to get the Map packs to have there own flipsides? Having just a white side seems to be a waste of a side.

It looks like it's blue on the other side. If it matches color with the flip side of the ship flip-mat this'll be a real win. Either way that tavern's goign to see a lot of brawls at my table!

Not to say that the blue is anything we can predict, but it appears different than the ship flip-mat. As usual, I will buy it no matter what.

It doesn't match Flip-Mat: Ship, but it does match Map Pack: Waterfront—and there are multiple ways to put them together, so a wide variety of waterfront locations can be created.

The backside of Flip-Mat: Waterfront Tavern is more blank cobblestone that matches the texture of the ground as you approach both the FM: Waterfront Tavern and MP: Waterfront.

All of the GameMastery mini-adventures have double-sided cards. Most show the same location pre- and post-bloodbath or something, but the Mad Druids Grove is really cool because it shows trap un-sprung and sprung. I'm sure it would up the cost but I like double sided cards. Maybe a special double-sided Map Pack - showing blank wall vs. secret door, or traps sprung and unsprung, or roads with and without road blocks, boats whole and sunk, etc.

I’m planning to use this Flip-Mat for Red Foam Whaling (with some modifications, of course) in Serpents of Scuttlecove in my Savage Tide Campaign. This is a great map which charms GMs to use it. Good work, Mr. Macourek!

An open street is good for a nice scrap that spills out of the bar's front door. Any chance we may see a small ship/large boat in this series?

Nice!

Yes, Waterfront Map Pack got a great review from me for its interchangeability. With a flipmat version to add to it, you have complimented an already great product. Was this intentional?

If so, excellent marketing.
It was intentional. Hopefully you'll be able to enjoy more such useful interactions in the future.

This was another fun one to make. There are lots of little details in EVERY table, fish in the water...good stuff. Thanks for all of the good feedback!

I am a big fan of tournament too. That was a great map pack.

And MP: Waterfront also has both a small and large boat that uses the same water background as FM: Waterfront Tavern.
