Supplier does not have a release date.

I got a full-layout sneak preview a few weeks ago; I expect it won't be long now.

Other than taking place in New Bethlehem, how much tie-in is there to Murder?

Well, there's a direct link from Murder to Doom; however, almost none of the action overlaps. Doom basically takes a MacGuffin from Murder and goes off into a new scenario with it.

Let's see if I get the spoiler tags right...

Spoiler:
The stone that drove the antagonist mad in Murder turns out to have come from an alien excavation in the mountains -- exploring this excavation is the foundation for Doom.
