Our distributor is out of this book right now so I've emailed the manufacturer to see if they have any more or if it is OOP, when they expect a reprint to arrive. I'll jump back in when I have some kind of an answer.

The distributor doesn't have an eta on a reprint. The publisher has always been flaky when it comes to keeping his books in print so there's no telling when this might be back in stock. We are more than happy keeping your order open in our system so that when it is back in print, we can send it out to you. Just let us know.
How long can a backorder be kept open? Been more than five long, sad months. Almost willing to resort to reading this one online and move on the the next book. Trying to hold out though.
We'll keep it open until it arrives, or our distributor says that it's never going to arrive. (If you get tired of waiting, just drop a note to Customer Service and we'll cancel the order for you.)
Our distributor is reporting this as unavailable without an expected restock date. Your best option might be to order directly from the publisher, here.
This book has been out of print for a while, but thanks to the magic of Kickstarter it will return. The link is here: OoTS Reprint Drive. The book is funded enough that you don't have to join the Kickstarter, but for those who have been waiting it should be back in print soon.
