Wohoo!!! I am #1. Truthfully I have watched the preview's for this product and am impressed enough to consider buying it. I would appreciate any input on how it works with the Pathfinder rules. Anybody using it during Beta testing?
I have been using DMF for a couple of months and I find it is very useful. The layout is pretty easy to navigate. My only problem using it is from my end not with the program. I cannot grasp the concept of how to upload anything I add into my databank. As I said it is not a problem with the program it is entirely with me being a computer illiterate.
I downloaded the trial version and took a look at it. I noticed that this program, as it stands, is a little dated. Is there any plans on updating it to the new PFRPG format? Or am I missing something?
Once you get the approval for the full version there are some Yahoo sites for the DM's Familiar community. I believe you can find the contact info on the website. It is here. The program is easy to import info into. There has already been files created for Rise of the Runelords, Curse of the Crimson Throne, and Second Darkness. They are working on doing Dungeon-a-day, and Hollo's Last Hope. As for teh PRPG rules being set for importing I suspect someone is working on it, but you can import it yourself.
