Many were the gamemakers who told us "hey they are demo'ing our game over in this room or that room....they (Origins) is making us charge you for it, but you know...its fun..."

they would shrug and move on.

Then there was Mutant Chronicles where the demo'ers said the same thing and then said we don't want to but we have to...you get a cool poster...

NEAT. NOT

I could understand maybe charging us for demos when we were getting something cool to add to the game, but come on. Pay us, we will teach you our game.

Thanks Paizo for not doing it. There were a couple other companies that didn't either but the majority pushed you on to play for cash.

Now I have budgeted some extra money for gen con just in case I get in a rpg and have to pay to roll dice.

Im hoping to get into some pathfinder stuff. I guess its too late to volunteer to run some.

I'm sorry, what now? Who the heck would charge for a game demo?
Yeahhhh...that was my thought too! :)
If you buy our game, we'll show you how to play it.

It might not be! Contact Josh Frost and see if there is either board game or GM slots available. :)

Back in stock! Get them fast, the supply at Origins sold out in no time!

I played and then purchased at Origins. Great game, I've since played it with my wife several times. (And now itching to play it again)

While Yeti's are cool, the Mastodons rock. They are artillery pieces that can do a ton of damage at range. But when destroyed they explode and do damage to everyone around it. I have fallen prey to a mastodon explosion chain reaction. While it sucked for me, it was so awesome to witness.

The rules are easy to learn, the gameplay is smooth, and I have never played anything quite like it. It wins big on style points, too. All in all a lot of fun.

I'd love to see a way to add players, but I have absolutely no idea how I would do it. Yet.

I hope it sells well, because I would like to see more games in this line (gameplay could even be different, the style of the line is cool). Alamo, Bunker Hill, Iwo Jima, there are so many iconic battles that could use a little spice.

I don't understand the songs in todays blog.

They seem to imply a negative sentiment towards the friendly Canadian Yetis, but the infantry pictured in the game seem to be overjoyed to be shoulder-to-shoulder with their fuzzy friends.

Or am I misreading the body language?

Would you want to let the Yetis to know you were terrified of them and would prefer it if they leave?

And it seems Conan O'Brien is a fan! Well, sorta. :)

Kudos!

Did the Conan mention cause any noticeable blip in sales for the game?

With all the hype from Conan and all, maybe now would be a good time to announce Dismember the Alamo (unless that was a joke, but considering that Yetisburg is both a joke and a game it might be a game also).

Is it about the Alamo being defended by slasher movie villains?

It was supposed to be Zombies vs Chupacabras.

Don't forget the Cactus Golems!

Life Sized Yetisburg has now been confirmed at GenCon! Saturday at 10 am. You should be able to get tickets now.

More sessions may be added depending on demand.
