If you already bought the Blight Elves PDF (which came with in Paizo's Bundle of Blight) then just register on the RPGObjects site and forward your emailed receipt of Blight Elves purchase to the RPGObjects owner, Chris Davis at chris@rpgobjects.com, telling him you're looking for the upgrade discount on the printed version. He will honor it.
Then he'll send confirmation that your account has been credited. When you go to his site and click on Reality Deviants and the Blight Elves you'll see a button that says upgrade. Hit that and proceed to checkout. It'll bring the cost down by $7.50, which was enough for me to buy almost two gallons of gas. I used them to drive myself crazy.
