What is the proper way to open the sealed section in this thing? I don't want to destory content by cutting in the wrong place.

I used a letter opener, IIRC.

IIRC, you'll also need said letter opener for the individual pages (i.e., every other page) of "The Porphyry House Horror". If you've ever had the pleasure of certain European books, you'll be familiar w/ the letter opener as a necessity...
