Have we received a firm date on when this will ship? I cannot wait to get my hands on it.

If you'd like to become a Pathfinder Charter Subscriber, you must sign up for an ongoing month-to-month subscription before August 13th, when the first subscriber copies will go out.
Sorry if I'm missing the obvious, but I can't find a link to buy the "Burnt Offerings" pdf (the only add-to-cart buttons I see are for the subscription or the $19.99 print volume). I also don't see any information on when the pdf will be available. Anyone? Anyone?

Thanks! Sorry to ask a question that had already been answered, my search for "burnt offerings" and pdf didn't get me there. "After August 29" seems like a long, long time away to this anxious monkey!

Subscribers get to download their pdf as soon as their print copy ships, which is supposed to start happening on Monday. So, if subscribing is an option...
These are in good ol' 8.5x11, right? How are they being shipped? I'm concerned that if they're polybagged like Dragon was, then they'll be folded in half to fit in my mailbox like Dragon was, but I doubt Pathfinder would be as forgiving to unbend.

If the USPS folds mine to fit in my box there will be hell to pay!

They're roughly 8.5x11, yes. If you're shipping USPS, they'll be packed into sturdy cardboard mailers; if you're shipping UPS, they'll be boxed.

Let me make sure I understand something...
When switching over from Dragon to Pathfinder, in the case of a "ongoing subscription" I'll need to order issue one and two seperately?
I.E. - I'll still get the last issues of Dragon, but because Pathfinder ships before the end of the Dragon subscription I'll recieve a later issue? (pathfinder 3)

So does this mean no more media mail?

Is it there yet? Is it there yet? Is it there yet? ~run to hide before the Paizo staff tars and feathers me~

The final issue of Dragon has already shipped (8/7). Pathfinder transition issues will start with Pathfinder #1, which should ship early next week.

Will they have a Do Not Bend sticker on the packages?
I am concerned...I have a different mail person almost every week..sometimes day to day. I cant catch ALL of them and tell them that their lives are forfit if they bend my book.

So, if today is the day where do we get our download of the first issue?
For the umpteenth time: First they ship "your" issue, then "you" get an e-mail directing you to the "my downloads" page, just like you had bought the PDF by hand...
I didn't, yelling is generally expressed by writing in capital letters and the liberal use of exclamation marks. My rant was merely a frustration of having to repeat information that has been disseminated a number of times already, and at least once in this very same thread...
Yesterday, after mopping up a fight with a paragon pit-fiend and taking over a new HQ under Greyhawk, I presented the Pathfinder Player's guide to my upper epic group of players.
They were all pretty impressed with it, and I got a full round of thumbs-up to breaking to Pathfinder for our next campaign. I can't wait to start reading Burnt Offerings -- just about all my fury at the end of Dragon and Dungeon has been turned to bliss at what I've seen so far.
So, anyone get their hands on this yet? In the past I've had trouble getting back issues and such from the "My Downloads" section. And everyone being so quiet for two days now makes me wonder if everyone isn't busy reading...

nope, think people are at work or driving/flying to Indy.
This looks like one of the best DnD products ever, and I hope that it will become your greatest success! With Dungeon and Dragon going to a place I will never follow, Pathfinder was a beacon; a hope for gamers everywhere! Good luck, and may Pathfinder kick A**!!!!!!!!!
If I subscribe, is the cost 30% off $19.99 or is that the price with the discount?
It is $19.99 minus 30% (i.e. about $14) if you subscribe. You then have to add shipping to this which makes the final total about $18 or $19, depending on where you live.
Tell me about it. I've been checking my e-mail at least once every hour all day waiting to see if the Holy E-mail has been sent out yet. Even got me checking in the middle of the night since I'm up at odd hours to take care of our newborn.
Damn you Paizo for making wicked cool products, damn you to the Demonweb Pit :-P
Pathfinder #1 is no longer tagged "preorder expected August 2007", but nevertheless the PDF is not yet available for downloading...

You do not get the PDF untill Paizo starts to ship the issue and charges your Credit Card. My guess is that late Thursday or sometime Friday we will get our e-mail alowing us to download the PDF. Right now they are still putting the issues into their packaging and they then need to add shipping labels and postage. They have not even charged us yet. Patience. ~looks around~ Patience, Hell! Give it to me NOW!!!

I've just checked my credit card and Paizo has already charged Pathfinder subscription. Is there anyone else out there in the same situation? Does that mean Pathfinder #1 .pdf is ready to be downloaded?
