Does anyone else wish this thing was bigger. I'd gladly pay the extra money for a hardbound copy in a full-size (12"x9") format.

I admit I was surprised by its size when I saw it at my local hobby store.

Don't know if anyone can help, but how 4.0 friendly is this...i've been interested in this for a while, but I'm curious on how new edition friendly this is. Also, are there plans for a newer version with a darker color ink?

Personally, I'd just like to get a PDF copy of this, so I could print out the pages I need to make my own notebook.

I have enjoyed the use of this book, but yes it could have been bigger, maybe A5 size would be better! Still a great idea and something that they could improve in a new edition. Great price for what you get though.

Only the PC and NPC registry pages are really system-specific, and you can see the NPC registry for yourself in the sample pages above.

We have no plans to revise this anytime soon.

It should work ok though. I mean the attributes, saves, ac, and hp blocks will get used still. Skills doesn't need as much room. Finding room to write information about powers might be a prob.. but no reason you can't put them in the skill space and put the skills some where else.

To add on to the list... GOOD STUFF but for those of us who don't write in miniature PLEASE make it bigger. and possibly darker.
The blue is had to see even with good eyes.

I personally like the book and think it is great, but I wouldn't mind having a bigger notebook sized version available.

Are there any plans to make a PFRPG version of this wonderful tool? I am thinking aobut buying a second one and would love to have an updated version that incorporates all the new mechanics from the new system.

No current plans. I believe a third party may be working on something like it...

Aww, that's too bad. I would honestly rather give Paizo my money. I guess it's not a huge deal to pen in the new things by hand.

Do you happen to have tne name of said thir party company, or the specific product, Vic? I am a bit curious to see how it compares.

Louis Porter Jr's Adventure Planner. (Keep in mind I haven't seen it, and can't promise that it's as similar as I think it is... I'm just passing on info.)

Thanks Vic, I'll check it out!

Make it bigger and i will order one aswell.
Awsome idea to make some DM candy.

I saw this on today's sale, and can't help but wondering if there are any plans to make an updated version. One that's for Pathfinder instead of 3.5, that is.
I know I would buy at least a couple of them, I play in a group where four of us take turns DMing and these would make awesome presents.

Honestly, I think you should just get this as is. I've only used these with Pathfinder games and the only change I've ever made was that I cross out Move Silently and Spot and use some other skill and use Hide and Listen as my Sneak and Perception. The rest is pretty system independent or works just as well regardless of 3.5 or Pathfinder.

I found these to be extremely helpful. I had an easy way to look over character sheets and a great place to keep notes. It reminds me that I need to pick up a new one.

Hope this helps.

We have no plans to redo this one. There's really only one section that's 3.5 specific; to update it, you'll want to modify skills as mentioned in the previous post, and decide on a place to put CMB/CMD.

Silver Crusade (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Why not redo it as a PDF with full size pages. Seel the set of pages in PDF format then. I know that would help me and if was only a buck or two would probably buy it, since I could customize a binder that way with more professional page than my chicken scrath adventure notes. (what I usually use).
