Any good gamemaster can create an adventure, but drawing great maps is
another story. Todd Gamble is here to help. The ENnie Award-winning
cartographer responsible for Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil,
Freeport: The City of Adventure, and Manual of the Planes has created
a book full of color maps suitable for any fantasy roleplaying game.
Cartographica provides beautiful maps of dungeons, subterranean lairs,
overland routes, fantasy buildings, and castles. Adventure design just got a
whole lot easier!

I'm thinking about getting this. Does anyone know how big it is, as in how many pages? Or how many maps it includes?

I have this. It is 32 pages, full color, front and back. So I guess that means 64 actual map pages (or in that ballpark).
I'm pleased with my copy. It has mining passages, islands, a hamlet, dungeons, tombs and more. I think it is well worth the money.

Okay, you've convinced me. ;)
I've been looking for a bunch of generic maps i could hang on to. In case my party goes off track, and we need instant dungeons or something.

Waahhh! It says, "currently unavailable". Does this mean I've lost my chance forever (or will someone be nice and do this up as a PDF?)? :~-(

I hope not; I'm interested in this one, too (Todd is one of my favorite cartographers). Does anyone know which maps are included in this product?

Wow! I am surprised that it sold out that quickly. We had quite a few copies available. As for having more available, I believe that we had the last copies that Green Ronin had available. Chris actually dropped them off at the office before we moved. So I don't think we will get any more physical copies available. Sorry!

Lisa, this is in no way an insult to you or Paizo in general. I went to Noble Knight Games and ordered a copy of Cartographica:A Journal of Maps. Just thought you might be interested. If this is inappropriate then feel free to remove this post. I apologize for any bad feelings.
