How giant though? How big is it? Do I need both hands just to heft it? Can I place my new born child to sleep in the "1"? Will the cats be intimidated?

I neeeed to know!

Assuming this is from Crystal Caste, it's somewhere around ping pong ball sized. I've got the small and normal sets in copper, plus the large d20.

It makes a very impressive sound when rolled on a wooden table. I actually started rolling on the battle mat, though - it isn't solid copper, and it is possible to wear the finish off on the edges/corners.

I've got this die, and it's a hefty hunk of brushed stainless steel. Guaranteed to be a critical hit every time ("THUNK!").

:D

Nice! I may have to get this, and set it next to my 4 inch wide, 19 ounce plastic d20. Two unreasonably dangerous d20s in the house! Who needs guns, when you can have dice!

Do not trust these! My wife bought a set of Pewter dice years ago from our FLGS! She refuses to roll anything else. Her luck has increased to such a frightening degree that I despair in my games sometimes.

As for why I don't tell her not to use those dice...well...do you really have to ask?

They are a really good product though. Very sturdy, you could certainly kill someone with a sling and one of these dice.

If you play on a wooden table and happen to like the table don't roll this d20 on it. It leaves an interesting pattern of dents across wooden surfaces.

I have one and it's a hefty hunk of die. Everyone knows when you roll it. I'm the DM for my group and my players are kind of afraid of "the Big Metal" except for one who insists that I use it on all my attack rolls on him, just to prove he's hardcore.

(RPG Superstar 2009 Top 32, 2010 Top 8)

Since no one has said it, "That's no die, it's a space station."

Back on topic, I've one I use as a paperweight at work. Never rolled it though
