ACK ACK!

The messageboard monster ate my posting twice!

I just placed a BDay order (1201254) and to my dismay I discovered that shipping costs on the Kaplow dice bags to be WAY out. I only recently got some of these bags and they did not ship at those prices.

I added a Large Dice Bag Black Velvet/Gold Satin and a Small Dice Bag Black Velvet/Purple Satin and the total shipping cost is 13.93. I order a XXXL undefeated shirt and it costs 6.88. There is no way that the dice bags weight anywhere near as much as the shiirt and they not hard to pack as they are small.

I would like to add the bags to my above order but at reasonable shipping costs.

Ok... there are actually a couple of different issues going on here.

First of all, the weight of the dices bags was way off in our system (they were down as weighing 1 pound each!). I have fixed this.

HOWEVER....

The second issue is that your order is just below the 4lb cutoff for the discounted international shipping rate. I can add one of the dice bags to your order without affecting the shipping fee too much but, if I add both, the package weighs too much for the discountable class and it kicks up to the higher (undiscountable) class. The shipping and handling fee jumps from around $19 to over $45.

I have not made any changes to your order at this time. With this information, please let me know how you would like to proceed.

Damn... I knew something was wrong with the bags.

What I will do is remove The Order of the Stick: Start of Darkness and replace it with the two dice bags.

Gift certificates are moving rapidly up the to-do list. In the meantime, we recommend that the gift-giver instead pick up a pre-charged Visa or MasterCard gift card, which we'll happily accept.

She still got me a gift vouchure for a local online retailer... so no dramas there.

I was just stoked that she contacted you guys and I was able to tell her about the great customer service team.

You have to understand she is a non gamer so it is a big deal, at least at my end.

I still managed to do a bday order as I wanted a faction tshirt for Genconoz.

Just seen the 7-7-7 sale (thanks to Lisa and KaeYoss!).

In relation to adding to my order can I get the redline bag as I stated plus the harrow deck and Flip-Mat: Mountain Pass?

Will that keep the weight reasonable?

Once again, I apologize for having missed your additional questions. Once I've posted a fix in a thread, I generally consider the thread "closed" and not look too closely at additional posts. They are usually "Thank you" posts, which are definitely appreciated but not an issue to address. On a thread I consider "fixed", I usually just read the mouseover text on any additional posts.

As for your question, please provide me with a link to the "large read lined bag". I'm not sure to what you're referring.
