They are in and available. This order is sitting in your sidecart, waiting to ship out with your next monthly subscription shipment. I'm not able to determine why they didn't ship out when we processed the monthly shipments last month.
We are most likely going to be processing the November monthly shipments either next week, or the week thereafter. The question, now, is whether you want me to ship your sidecart right now (and get two shipments), or wait until we process this month's monthly shipments (and get it all-in-one).
I apologize for the delay. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
Never mind I just got the email for Novembers shipment and I can wait until it goes through.
