Does Paizo offer this kind of service? I have some friends that I would like to get certificates for them to use on the site to get some Pathfinder stuff.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this feature. Yet.
We are working on implementing gift certificates soon, but they are not yet available. We do not yet have an estimate for when they will be available.
