Ok so I tried to have fedex print the FREE pdf that is meant for MY use at Fedex online and was told they could not do it. Why? The print is for my own personal use, I'm not going to resale it. It's meant for me to use it right?? It's not even the blessed final copy of what it's meant to be. Please give me some clarity on this.

Printing companies don't know the ins and outs of each document that is submitted to them, so expecting them to know the circumstances of this particular pdf is a bit presumptuous. Many printers will not duplicate anything that is either protected or copyrighted (both of which apply to this document) for fear that they can not legally do so. Every customer will claim the right to do so to get the printout, so you have to understand that it's nothing personal if FedEx Kinkos won't make an exception for you. I would suggest trying other printers to see if one of them will allow it. It's not like FedEx Kinkos has a monopoly on printing or anything.
