I am still waiting for order no:1223441, Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook. It was suuposed to be dispatched on Aug 12th. So it is almost 2 mounths passed. :( If registered mail option was available, I would just sit and wait, knowing it will eventually arrive. But now I am just wondering when should I declare it as lost and order a new one from Amazon.

That is actually an other point. When I order Paizo goods from Amazon the arrive much quicker, like two weeks, and much cheaper. I want to support your company but the difference is huge. Since amazon is charging less for postage also, I can just order the harcover from them and buy a seperate pdf from you. Add the long delivery times of Paizo you can understand why I cancelled the previous subscriptions.

In short, please give me a date which I will recieve Core Rulebook, at the latest. Even if pricing policy is beyond your grasp, please add registered mail option, or some other means for more secure delivery.

The reason that Amazon can charge less for postage and has shorter shipping times is because they have European offices that they ship from (hence cheaper rates and quicker delivery) and we don't. If you can get your books reliably from Amazon and cheaper and quicker, then by all means, please buy from them. We love to service direct customers but what we really want is for our fans to buy our products whatever way works best for them.

In short, please give me a date which I will recieve Core Rulebook, at the latest. Even if pricing policy is beyond your grasp, please add registered mail option, or some other means for more secure delivery.

Our arrival percentages are really high and since it hasn't been returned to us yet, I imagine that it's still on its way to you. Please give it another 2-3 weeks and if it hasn't arrived by then, we'll go ahead and ship you a replacement or refund you for the books so you can get it thru Amazon.

If I remember correctly the shipping window is 9-36 business days... which means normal estimated shipping window is until either tomorrow or Monday and you always have to give a few days one way or the other for customs and such, not to mention just postal delay.

Actually I have been informed that the order was shipped on Aug 12th. So it is really a postal problem. Infact I recieved the two packages that were sent on Sept 22, today. Therefor all I ask if there was an option for registered mail. I am aware it costs a little more, but it is much better then waiting if it will ever arrive. I will wait till for two more weeks and bother Jeff again.

Hi, I have recieved a message, stating Pathfinder Bestiary will be shipping next week. Meanwhile I am still waiting for the Core Rulebook. I did recieved the two parcels which were sent late September. They were posted 40 days later then the missing packet. I am beginning to loose hope for the Core Rulebook. What should be the appropiate action ?

Hi, could you please cancal my subscription to Pathfinder Chronicles and start subscription to Pathfinder Adventure Path, beginning from #31: Stolen Land (Kingmaker 1 of 6). Since it will start in April will I be entiteled to 15% reduction for future Pathfinder Roleplaying Game subscription ?
