I'm kind of eager to order, since I don't want any of the other Dungeons that have savage tide adventures I didn't get yet to go the way of 139 (Which is already sold out, forcing me to scavange the nearby gaming shops for it) (I prefer hard copies to PDF's, personally).

You can transition your remaining issues into back issues at any time. Just click on the Transition link above and it will take you to a page where your transition options are available. If you have any problems, you can email me at customer.service@paizo.com or call me at the number below.

To answer your question: Yes. All of your transition options (including getting back issues) are up and available to you.
To answer the question you are going to ask (That is, "Why isn't it available to me?"): It appears that your subscription were not properly tied to your profile, so the system didn't know you had any remaining issues (I would've checked this yesterday, but I was posting from home without access to your account information).
I have properly attached your subscriptions to this profile, so you should be able to make your transition smoothly now. :)
