Hi guys. I am having a problem with my preferred shipping method being changed to USPS every once in a while. I hate USPS and gladly pay the two or three dollars extra to ship all my subscriptions via UPS.
This happens only every once in a while and isn't a major problem for the most part, but my preferred shipping will just decide to change to USPS for no apparent reason. I've only had one thing accidentally shipped this way, but it bugged me.
Anyways, just thought I would comment on this and give you guys a heads up that something weird is going on.

I checked your subs and it appears that your Adventures subscription was set to UPS Ground, but your Chronicles sub was set to USPS. I reset your Chronicles sub to UPS as well, but please swing by your My Subscriptions page when you get a chance and see if this change has stuck. I'd like to see if I can track down the exact area that's doing the switching.
This particular boggart is a known issue that has been messing with a few people's subscription shipments for a while. Gary has been trying to track him down and eliminate him, and your help would definitely be appreciated.

This happened again with my most recent shipment. I have mine set up to ship once a month. For some reason, my Pathfinder #9 was shipped USPS, and my Pathfinder Gazateer was shipped UPS.
Our stupid USPS carrier bent the package (that says DO NOT BEND on the front) and shoved it into our mailbox.
I haven't changed anything with my subscription recently, so I don't know why it would have changed from UPS to USPS again. That's pretty annoying though.

That really is annoying!
I checked your subscriptions and they had, indeed, switched themselves again. Or rather, your Pathfinder Chronicles subscription switched itself, but the Pathfinder adventure Path subscription did not. I have switched it back (again), and I (still) don't see what is making your subscription do this.
I will send you a replacement for the damaged book, and I apologize for the continued inconvenience.

My Pathfinder #10 was shipped via USPS on June 17th, although my Subscription page still says that UPS is my shipping method.
So I guess this is still a problem.
This has happened to me also, as I reported on this post. I hope it gets fixed before the next subscriptions go out -- I very much prefer UPS.
