I went to the Product Schedule, it appears that PF 27 has been pushed back to Novemeber, so if you have the "ship with AP" option it has all moved to then. I have just changed my shipping to Monthly, as I am starting LoF end October and would like the Bestiary (or at least the PDF) before then.
I don't know what shipping option you have, but this may explain it.

For those who are simply roleplaying game subscribers (not AP, not anything else), is Paizo going to offer any incentive to stick with the subscription into November? Obviously there's no point in a free PDF of a GM screen, and while I don't mind that much purchasing a $15 product I might want if it could be bundled into the same shipment with my October Bestiary, I really don't see any advantage in paying $8.60 separate postage for a $15 product I could just as easily pick up at my FLGS and with less chance of it getting mangled by the mail monkeys, then later on renewing my subscription once there's another actual book with an incentive PDF. And if at that point I still wanted to buy a GM screen from Paizo, I expect I could just throw it in the basket as a one-off purchase with the same price, but cheaper safer shipping due to bundling it with a book.
Obviously this isn't what Paizo had planned, but it's what I'm foreseeing unless there are other options or incentives.
