Orders 1187876 and 1169915 RSS

Order 1197876 still showing as pending. Card updated.

Order 1169915 not shown up yet. Delivery times seem to be getting longer and longer lately and subscriptions now seem to be turning up a couple of weeks behind the books appearing in my LGS.

Any help?

I have reprocessed order 1187876, and will send replacements for order 1169915 with it.
