Hey Cos,

It says it shipped on the 3rd of March, but I haven't received anything yet. I know there's no tracking number with it, but I just wanted to give you guys a heads up concerning it.

You're right, there is no tracking number for this shipment. According to the standard estimate, this shipment should have turned up in 4 to 8 business days. Today would be business day 16.

At this point it could be delayed, lost, or on its way back to us. Let's give it another week. If you still have not seen it by the end of next week, let me know and we will take another look at it then. If it should show up here, I will send you an email.

Nothing on my end yet and it's almost been a month since it shipped...what can we do?

Nothing has been returned here, yet, so I will get some replacements sent out to you. You should have just received a confirmation email for the replacement order. Please take a moment and double check the shipping address on that email and if it needs to be changed, let me know.

Just checked the e-mail and everything looks fine. The postman already went by today so nothing yet. I'll post if it comes in before the replacement order is sent. I think the USPS uses a 3rd party shipper on some media mail on other lower priority services. I can't really remember on my previous orders if we have a choice to choose a more expensive for the customer shipping option...like ups ground or usps priority. USPS does give free priority boxes to customers to use and also has free carrier pickup as well. MMight be something to look into if possible since you'd be still packing the items in a box, but the USPS would pick it up so you wouldn't have to go to the PO.
