Hi. I was wondering about this order. It's my regular Pathfinder AP subscription, "The Final Wish" #24. My Account said it shipped on July 30, and today is August 8th and it still hasn't arrived. I have Regular shipping, which should mean the package gets to me in fewer than 10 days, right? Usually, with the other packages, it took less than a week. It is not that far from Seattle to Los Angeles. Now my copy of "Bastards of Erebus" is shipping today, and it would be weird to get issue #25 before #24. Should I complain to the U.S. Postal Service?
Edit: Ooops. I just saw where it says "4 to 8 business days" so that means weekends don't count. So that means I'm just being impatient and if it doesn't arrive by Monday, then I can complain. :P
Your order should be arriving soon if it hasn't already. Please note that the 4 to 8 business days quoted are only an estimate, and not a guarantee. I'd say give it one more week (maybe a bit less). If your order has not arrived by Friday, please let us know. In the meanwhile, we'll keep an eye out for it here and we'll let you know if it gets returned to us.

Pathfinder #25, "The Bastards of Erebus," arrived in the mail yesterday, but there is still no sign of Order 1213379, which should have arrived earlier than this new package because it shipped earlier by the same methods. My Pathfinder #24 has disappeared en route! Call out the bloodhounds!
Should I try to contact the local post office? I don't know where to begin looking for it.

I've set a replacement to ship with your next subscription shipment. If your order arrives before this shipment goes out, please let us know and we'll cancel the replacement.
Hi, my "Final Wish" book came last week, so you do not need to ship me a replacement copy with my regular order. When you sent me an e-mail confirming what was in my subscription (it said Council of Theives#26 and Legacy of Fire#24), I remembered I should tell you that the Legacy of Fire book already came. It was really late, but it arrived.
