This order has been pending for several weeks. All the items seem to be available. Any idea when this will get shipped out? Thanks for your assistance on this.

Actually, your order is being held up by the Points of Light book. You have ordered the print edition, and it is no longer available. If you would like, I can either substitute the PDF for the printed version or cancel the item altogether. Then I will be able to ship the remaining items as soon as possible. I didn't realize the Points of Light book was no longer available. I already have the pdf of that (ordered from you by the way), so unless you think it will become available in the next week or so, it would be good to just remove it from the order.
