I got Oct. shipment pending now for almost a week after I got my email saying that my order is ready. Can I get any type of update on my order please? My FLGS has already got the one of the books I order in the store now. Thank you.
Both items on your order are ready to go and you're in the queue for shipping. The warehouse team is packaging orders as quickly as they can and your order should be ready to go soon.

It's actually kinda cold down there. So the extra work keeps them moving and warm.
Mine's not even pending yet...I believe yours is waiting on the Second Darkness dice.

Aren't they available? I thought they were. And I preordered them a really long time ago. And they looked like they were in stodck.
When will they be available?
But if this is the reason and the dice won't be available today, please separate the dice from the rest again and give me the shipment as fast as you can (can you start the shipping procedure so I'll get the PDFs for the weekend?)
If the dice will be cut out, they should return to standard shipping again (I'll change my subscription shipping option to the cheapest after the Bestiary is being shipped)

I just remembered I forgot to tell you, I looked up your order after I saw this post and saw that the dice are in, but for some reason they weren't finalized when all the other items were. I processed it and it went through so hopefully it'll be shipped early next week.

I have two items ordered, one says pending and the other says preorder, expected in November. Do I have to wait until until the second item becomes available for the order to ship?

If they're both in the same order and you opted to hold all items to ship together, then yes. You can request to break these into individual orders, but you will pay shipping twice.
Mines been pending since the 7th.Mine's been pending since Tuesday (I think, maybe Wednesday). At least I'm not the only one in the boat. I hope it gets shipped today so I can get PDFs.
