I have a new address, but I can't find out where to do that. It seems this happens every year to me, and I would be able to remember, but I don't.

You mean email address? It's in My Account in Personal Settings.

If it's your email address, then Heathy's suggestion is your answer. If it is your mailing address for any pending orders, then you just need to send us an email to customer.service@paizo.com.

Then send it to Cosmo and Alison at the same e-mail addy. You can also change it when you make a new order, I think.
