You took the time to answer my questions when I called in and I think that was the first time ever I've actually enjoyed speaking with customer service. Thanks for making my experience painless and fun

Now get to work on getting me that custom avatar we talked about *cracks whip*

I just want to say that I first read that as "Thanks for making my experience paintless and fun" and I was confused.

Oh... and also... Thanks! I feel damn cheesy for saying this, but I really am just doing my job. :)

Ok... I really first read that as "Thanks for making my experience pantless and fun" and I thought... "Oh dear! Not another one of those calls!". Then I re-read and was confused about the paint thing.

::goes to make an appointment with the eye doctor to review the prescription for my glasses::
