On the homepage of TPFG, the info is absolutely not up to date, so I was wondering, if anyone had any info if it was already shipped, or if not, then when to expect?

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

I'm curious about this as well. My FLGS had it last Saturday, but my copy has not yet arrived. I had been hoping to take it on a trip to France with me this week, but alas that is now not to be.

Nothing here yet (UK), but they seem to arrive around the week following the 20th, if recent issues are anything to go by. I'd expect it to turn up sometime next week.

Hmm, now that I think about it, it may have been Dragon that arrives around the week following the 20th. Looking at the ship date for Dungeon, it shipped on the 22nd of last month. A month in transit does seem a little long...

Glad to hear that I'm not the only person who hasn't received thier copy of issue 148 yet.

but the previous ones have arrived quickly, so i really do wonder about the validity of that one month.. im pretty damn sure they came two weeks in almost on the day!!!

And its almost a full month by now..

Same here, no luck yet in Germany - although maybe (hopefully) it arrives today!

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber)

Living in Switzerland, I can only envy you. Switzerland is served from the US directly, meaning I got my Dungeon #147 (!) today. I really hope shipping will improve substantially for Pathfinder.

Still not here in the uk (at least for me). This does seem longer than normal?

Hopefuly soon

While it hasn't been updated in a little while, the Place for Games Paizo status page says that June 8 is the projected ship date for Dungeon 148, and there's no reason to doubt that. If there are any changes made when they do update, then we'll have to go with that, but at this point Dungeon 148 is probably still on it's way.

Thanks,
cos

But its the 18th today, they haven't updated the webiste, don't seem to have shipped (or possibly even received) the magazines - and we (all UK & European subscribers) are once again left with no magazines and no idea when/if they might arrive.

As a company I have alot of time for Paizo, but in TPFG you picked a bloody useless distribution partner.

Are they going to be involved in Pathfinder and Gamemastery distribution?

I have been a subscriber for two years, and it always took exactly 5 working days to get the magazines once they were shipped (this is based on approximately 40 shipments, as sometimes they shipped both magazines in a single envelope), so I'm tempted to say that there are some problems, and not just the updating of the site...

Cheliax (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

Still no #148 today in Germany. :-(

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Companion Subscriber)

And none in the netherlands :(
ANY ETA?

I got mine from the local games store here in the UK about a week ago.

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

Ok guys, Still no sign of 148 in the UK. I know this might not be Paizo's fault but now 149 has shipped as well and 148 is in shops here.

I know the method of posting is different but I have ordered and recieved some item card packs in between 148 shipping and now so its not Royal mail. It must be the distributor.

Could someone please let us know what is going on?

Elcian

PS of course 148 will almost definitely arrive tomorrow now I have posted this.

Paizo Employee (Technical Director)

We've got a query in with the Place for Games.... we'll let you know as soon as they let us know.

Pathfinder and GameMastery Modules subscriptions will be fulfilled directly from Paizo.

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

Thanks Vic, prompt and on the ball as always (Do you all work shifts or something?).

I dont mean to moan and I know its not you guys. While I will miss Dungeon I am looking forward to Pathfinder being under Paizo control. I have worked in customer service industries for 10 years and I have to say the whole Paizo team are second to none for customer care.

Thanks again for the response.

Elcian

Crossing fingers that the issues will arrive soon, my Savage Tide campaign is quickly reaching issue #148...

I've been checking my mailbox eagerly for the last two weeks, but nothing yet in Belgium. Here's to tomorrow x

Cheliax (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber)

Same here, also in Belgium, nothing yet so I'm guessing from this thread it's a bit more widespread.

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber)

Vic - any news yet from TPFG?

How hard can it be, and how long can it take to answer the simple questions - have you got the magazines and have you posted them, and if so when?

Andoran (Pathfinder Charter Superscriber; Pathfinder Battles Case, GameMastery Maps Subscriber)

Just came home from holiday and still now #148!
But after reading here, I've calmed down! ;)

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game, Campaign Setting, Companion, Modules Subscriber)

There´s nothing in Spain yet. Nor I nor my friends in Salamanca and Madrid have received issue 148 and we´re a little afraid about The place for games being so silent.

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber)

Any news yet? Still nothing received here in Cambridge.

Berlin, Germany. Nothing yet.

(cats are cool)

(Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, Adventure Path Subscriber)

Not here in Cheshire, either, for me.

Should i even be in this euro thread?
I mean i know nothing of this house of games, and ordered directly from paizo...

And as I've stated before, they came very quickly, but now its been twice the average deliverytime!

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber)

From the resounding silence from the Paizo people I'm assuming TPFG haven't given a very positive reply, if they've replied at all, to the questions about what they have, or haven't more likely, done with our magazines.

Any update appreciated....

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

Im thinking the place for games may not be the place if you want you magazines to arrive on time?

If your in europe my understanding is TPFG are the distributor even if you ordered like I did through paizo.

We are, in fact, still awaiting a response from The Place for Games. As soon as we hear something from them, we'll be sure to let you guys know as soon as possible.

I do want to assure you, however, that we will make sure you guys get your magazines one way or another. It may take a while longer, but we will not leave you guys out in the cold. You'll get your magazines. We just need to wait until we get some information so we can share it with you, and know where we're working from.

Thank you very much for your patience. : )

I (living in Austria) ordered my dungeon magazine directly from paizo and have not received issue 148 either. So I don't think that's a problem from the place for games.

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game, Campaign Setting, Companion, Modules Subscriber)

Thengol, I have always ordered my dragon and dungeon subscriptions through paizo but it,s the place for games who manages the magazines for all Europe, so I think that yes, there is a problem with the Place for games.

Qadira (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Modules Subscriber)

Sigh - well, they (tPfG) don't have much commercial imperative to bend over backwards to give fantastic customer service, given that their contract will expire with Dungeon and Dragon. Blame WotC for cancelling the magazines - we blame them for everything else. ;-)

"Damn WotC! Because of them I get my magazines late. And this morning, when I woke up, I had a stiff neck. They must have something to do with that as well! Man..."

Hum... I feel better. You're right Aubrey, it works well! Thanks for the tip. ;-)

"We ought to Collide (WotC) with everything and everyone with our decissions!"
How about that for a new motto for WotC?! ;)

Anyway, it's good to have someone to blame for, isn'T it?! I still have a bronchitis which is not going away for weeks now, maybe its a magical malady from "the Coast"?! It has to be!!! ;)

Update apppreciated.

I'm very pleased to hear Pathfinder subscriptions will have nothing to do with TPFG - means we can actually rely on delivery and on a Customer Service team at Paizo who are actually out to help us.

I got Dungeon 147+148 today with Dragon 356. Still missing Dungeon 146 tho so that one might be lost in the system somewhere. I hope that shipment improves with pathfinder since after the last renewal of Dungeon and Dragon issues startet to get here 4+ weeks after the normal time before the renewal. If not I guess the 1st pathfinder series will be the only one I get.

Yay! Someone in Europe has received Dragon 148! Hopefully, this means that they should start showing up for subscribers. Or this may just be an isolated case. We still haven't heard from TPfG, so it's hard to say at this point.

What I can say is that it's probably safe to assume that your Dungeon 146 is lost, and so I will get a replacement for that issue sent out to you.

Thanks,
cos

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

I have just returned from a week in France, and no #148 waiting for me. As noted above, my FLGS had it two weeks ago. I'm not entirely happy.

Oddly, though, it's reassuring that others are yet to receive their magazines. Makes me feel less paranoid.

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game Subscriber)

Cosmo,

Thanks for the update. We know its not you guys but we like our mags, what can I say. Never a doubt you will see us right its more the lack or our Dungeon fix thats causing the problem.

Aubrey, I think you right, I'm going to blame WOTc for everthing from now on, it might help?

Elcian

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Companion Subscriber)

Still nothing here in Holland

When would it be appropiate to ask for resending the magazine?

Qadira (Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Modules Subscriber)

Still nothing in Rugby. Maybe soon, maybe not. Given that there will be little or no comeback and based on the post above, I suspect they (tPfG) are trying their old trick of posting both Dungeon and Dragon together to save on postage. So we need to wait for the relevant issues of both mags to come through.

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Nothing here in the frozen north of Aberdeen - pretty dismayed since I resisted all temptation to buy a copy at my local comics store... off to Alaska for 3 weeks in a few days and was hoping for some in-flight reading - so here's hoping it arrives in time!

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Roleplaying Game, Campaign Setting, Companion, Modules Subscriber)

Hello everybody! The place for games has updated the page. They supposedly sent dungeon 148 on 12th and Dragon 357 on 20th. I believed we will receive our magazines soon if it is true but, if the info is true, why haven´t we received Dungeon 148 yet?

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

"Nice to know" that I'm not the only one missing my Dungeon 148.

Because they're lying maybe?

I'm betting that those of us who subscribe to both magazines will get both Dungeon and Dragon in the same envelope as TPFG pull the old save on the postage trick.

If thats not the case then can Paizo please send me a new Dungeon 148 now as its obviously got "lost in the post" in the 2 weeks since TPFG claim they sent it.

Also of interest the Orcs Nest store in London expect to have Dungeon 149 in stock this Wednesday 27th!! This is quite likely to before we subscribers receive 148. Way to go with the excellent service to subscribers. Not.
