I am guessing that it is a glitch, but we will not know until Monday when the Paizo staff come back from the weekend.

The OP did not see the discount. ~shrugs~ Since he has deleted his post, then I am guessing that it went through on the discount.

You only get that discount if it is less than 4 pounds. Over 4 pounds I believe it changes.

I don't know what the question was, but I think the answer is that we've been running the following promotion for years: Paizo will pay the first $10 in shipping and handling for orders of $100 or more of non-subscription, non-preorder products.
