She's more beautiful than I imagined. Hugo, you rock. Royally.
I'm glad you liked it!
Patrick, I have a few questions on Halani: Do you whant her in a non-adventuring style? or ready for combat? Is she an aasimar or an elf (I think elf). Weapons in hand? boots, sandals or what do you like? Please email me as much details/background as possible as well as a little idea on how would you like her drawn, for she's kinda a model/rogue and those poses can be quite different.
** spoiler omitted **
My God. There are no words to describe how beautiful this is.
Well, the scanner at work is giving me all hell kinds of problems, and the highest resolution I can get is 600dpi, which kind of sucks for scanning pictures. But as soon as I work them out I should be able to post the first of four characters for Gorbacz: Magnus the Binder. Unless he disapproves of the creative liscence I took with some of the details. in which case I'll have to take it down and start over.
Awesome and creepy, now get my gnome drawn, I can't wait to see what you do with her. since she's tall and thin for a gnome maybe you should put someone in the background to imply the size difference.

Mmm... that's going to be thought since I'd rather do no background on standing poses... lemme see what I can do. I was going to do patrick's Hanali next but since I'm still missing info on that character I'll slip Kristine one place in line and do her next. I hope she'll be ready this weekend.
Does anyone have time to do a piece for me, please? I'd be super-grateful, but I know everyone is pretty thoroughly booked at the moment. This is going to be my second darkness character.
Oraiah of the Shaded Fen
Spoiler:
Black as midnight, black as pitch, blacker than the foulest witch
-Blix, Legend
Name: Oraiah
Class: 4E Warlock, Dark Pact
Sex: Female
Race: Changeling (looks like a Chelaxian Human)
Age: 20
Height: 5 feet 4 inches
Weight: 121 pounds
Stats: STR:8 DEX:10 CON:14 INT:15 WIS:12 CHA:19
Physical Description
Oraiah has sleek, black hair, down to just past her shoulders, framing her expressive face, with a typical pale chelaxian complexion. She is slender, but not frail looking, and commonly has a devious looking smirk on her face.
Clothing
Oraiah most often wears a simple, knee length white dress, belted at the waist. Over this, for protection she wears a long, hooded leather jacket (hood down please), along with a pair of leather boots. She has some occultish jewellery on her wrists.
Weapons
Oraiah's main weapon is her scythe, though she's not very good with it. It doesn't help that its more suited to farm work than killing either, but it cuts a nice, intimidating figure. She also uses a sickle, mostly for ritualistic purposes. I'm also thinking I might add a dash of voodoo flavor to her, so maybe have a rag-doll hanging on her belt somewhere.
Personality
Oraiah started out with me wanting to play a sort of archetypal western fantasy witch, and developed from there, becoming more of a mishmash of several ideas. She doesn't worship any gods, but she puts a lot of stock into signs, portents, and prophecy. The closest she comes to religion is what I can only describe as a schoolgirl crush on Groetus. She's friendly, but in a Ted Bundy kind of way. Not outright evil though, just a little deranged.

Hey, Mr. Shiny. I'll have something for Eli probably Monday/Tuesday. I may rework Daniel; I think not making the flaming sword a central thing would be a wasted opportunity.

I wrote about it on my stupid blog but I'm thinking the left foot needs to be longer since it seems too small and I don't like where the blade and toe meet. I tried to go for a middle-aged Iggy Pop/Keith Richards kind of face (maybe a little younger and less gnarly) to reflect his substance abuse problem.

I wouldn't change the foot at all, James, it looks in good proportion to me and I am usually pretty critical of that in my stuff. As a matter of fact, the entire sketch looks to be in proportion and just plain gorgeous. I love the axe and the studded leather is very realistic looking. Great job.
Hey All!
I have been playing my character inside the Monty Cook Ptolus Campaign. I am a 7th Level Male Litorian (A lion on two legs) Paladin of the Goddess Gaen named Kelethar the Magnificent. I am a member of the Knights of the Cross, which means that I have their symbol painted on my chest for all the world to see. In regards to armor, I have Full Plate +1 with spikes, a buckler and a Weapon of Legacy (The Sword of Hope +1 great sword that was given to me by angels for rescuing the First Angel from the Dark Reliquary). I also have brute gauntlets, an amulet of wink, a crystal of damage reduction on my suit of armor, a crystal of deflection on my buckler and a crystal of fire on my sword. As a look at my character, I have an extraordinary amount of diplomacy on my character (+20) and as a bit of flavor, my DM has allowed the Bard to braid my mane with ribbons so that I can get a +1 to diplomacy and -1 to intimidate.
I know that it seems like a lot and I have some obscure things attached to my character, but I have been loving my character and I would love to see how others see envision him.
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from anyone!

Awesome James! You bring a whole new style into the thread and a very professional sense... you make this thread look good!
I wouldn't change a thing in the drawing, its wonderful as it is!

I think the foot looks great, along with the rest of the drawing. Very nice work James!
