Well, it's "banned", not "baned,"* and we haven't really ever banned anyone for creating controversial topics so far the past few years. But if someone repeatedly tries to poke and provoke for no good reason except for fightiness, we won't look the other way.
I'm gonna assume you're doing this because it's a potentially funny topic and not to raise a stink about a closed thread -- if you want that, please use the website feedback forum, that's (part of) what it's there for.

Paizo is pretty easygoing about that sort of thing. They generally just close the thread topic and leave you with a warning. Generally, that does the trick.
