Anyway, I like the "meat-reducer" label in that article. That is something I can get behind. There are health benefits to eating some meat, but most of us eat far more of it than we need to.

Is it just me, or does it seem like the veggies are talking to themselves?And they are talking about you too.
Whats to say? Buy more popcorn?
So vegetarians don't eat animals. So if I start eating people, I can still consider myself a vegetarian, because many people are insulted by the claim and refuse to believe they are animals. Ergo, they can be claimed as part of a vegetarian diet.
Oh please everyone! Vegetables and meat, fah! You need healthy carbohydrates. Here, have some fresh whole wheat dinner rolls.
