While I was cooking I got a burr up my butt and started cleaning. I cleaned the dishes, the counters, and then I wrapped the stove eye thingys in foil. It looks sooooo good! :)

EDIT: And I washed down the fridge. :)

It's not so much the calories, but the Carbs that kill me.

But if you want killer mashed potatoes, try making them with sour cream, roasted garlic and butter instead of milk and margerine.

Have you tried "Move over butter"? Its low fat, low cholesterol, low calories, and low sodium and its like a sweetcream butter. Actually very very good.
