OK another 10 minutes wasted and I started work 5 minutes ago... so this time I really am going. Check you all in about 3 1/2 hours when I go to put my orders in at work. Try not to add 50 more pages by then please...
Sorry, AZ, I had already left when you posted that. You'll just have to watch me drink my "caramel brulee latte". (How that's different than a caramel macchiato, I don't know. They taste remarkably similar.)
I went to Barnes & Noble for my coffee and then browsed the books. I picked up Primal Power (4e) and a fancy-looking edition of some Lovecraft (it has a ribbon to keep your page!). I would have picked up a copy of the bestiary for David, but they didn't have any.

I have to remind myself sometimes that even though my job is boring as hell, is kind of a dead-end, and is chock full of corporate stupidity, there aren't many places where I could just wander out of the office to go to Barnes & Noble when it isn't even my lunch break.

I am hereby establishing Fryer's Law. I have observed that any discussion regarding play balance will eventually degenerate into a spellcasters are better debate. Therfore I get to name the phenominon after myself.
I may just have to close out the Gamer Life section. It would be a shame, though, because there are sometimes fun, quirky threads there.

Do they have a bestiary at your Barnes and Noble?

Look up two more posts from the one you quoted...
Missed it.
I just didn't want you to think I wasn't thinking of you.

No prob. I hadn't even seen that you had gone, just that there was one by where you work.
Had busy day. Therapy session, call docs to make appt for Kellen since it will take well into Dec before I can get him in to see the Phsychologist at the health center where he meets with the therapist. Uhm, and talked with my finance counselor, and now am baby sitting for my neighbor so she can attend a parent teacher conference.
