Not that I want to prevent the people who play these games from enjoying themselves; whatever turns your crank. I'm just usually more interested in seeing if a crowd are heading into the Paizo chat room or following some of the other actual discussions.
so is there any set times or days i could expect to run into some good conversation? or is it just hit and miss. personally im in the Wash DC area and online between 4pm and 6pm. probably pretty early for most, but i would love the oportunity to hang out with some of veterans of the message boards (pretty new myself)
I've found that popping into the chatroom before my kids are asleep is an exercise in futility; I pop in, everybody says, "hey, dude," then my kids do some crazy crap and I type AFK...

I check up on the room when I get home from work and hang out next to it in the evenings when there is nothing else better to do. I'm sure you've already noticed that I camp out there all the time too.
This week I will not be around the room much at all (or get much chance to check these boards) as I will be out of town working.

I keep meaning to pop in there more often. I have no excuses.
Jade, I always seem to be missing you in the room. Perhaps it's because I am at work when you pop in. I think you'd have better success in the evenings. I always love the comments and tomfoolery.
Okay, after extensive testing, I've decided that it's a tie. There is just no way to settle the question as to who is faster to come and go when they log in to the Paizo Chatroom: The Jade or Lady Lena.
I mean, picture it. There you are, at work and you know, working. But every once in a while you switch over to the chatroom to see if someone has dropped by. Sometimes you do it frequently 'cause you're bored or something. But no matter how often you do, one of those two manages to slip in and post something and then slip out before anyone is the wiser.
Speedy Gonzalez has got nuthin' on those two.
I.e. Lena, if you'd like to chat, you have to be patient with slow old me.
Alas, now I don't have the time to sit at my computer for an extended period. After a certain hour of the morning, my butt turns into a spring, and I'm unable to sit for longer than two minutes at a time. I am very sorry I wasn't a little more patient, I got up and got myself a cup of coffee while waiting, I thought, perhaps, that was enough time. Next time I'll just leave the chatroom tabbed and keep checking it. Once again, my apologies.
