The Godwin Gestapo actually has a quite effective filter that prevents me from watching Youtube at work. But I just watched it at home. I lul'd. Well played, sir.
May I suggest that whenever one of us GODWINS a thread, we report it here? We could even turn it into a sort of leaderboard for who has Godwinned the most threads first. Threads in which YOU invoked the Nazis, etc. don't count. No getting around that with sockpuppetry, either.

Let me clarify. When somebody else makes the reference, and YOU call Godwin on it, let us know about it here! No fair invoking the Nazis just so you can call Godwin on yourself.

Speaking of Evil, in an ironic twist, Godwinned only when Hitler was mentioned in reference to Godwin's Law itself.

Technically, as a discussion continues, the probability of mentioning anything approaches 1. Monkeys and typewriters, etc. We could start a thread in which we point out references to radioactive poodle worshippers who subsist entirely on a diet of purple oranges, but it'd be a mighty quiet discussion. Lovecraft references are abundant enough that it might work, though. May I counterpropose a thread in which we point out when some weeaboo makes a Japanese culture reference?

EDIT: Calling somebody a Nazi is trite and tired. Likewise calling somebody a Communist. But calling somebody a Commie is just funny. Let it roll off your tongue a couple times just to try it out. Commie. Commie, Commie, Commie.
