I love the final shot as they pull back from the truck-stop and you get an aerial shot of the Aztec temple.

I love it when you younglings get old enough to watch those old fogie R Rated movies...yes dusk till dawn is freakin awesome. Any DM worth his/her salt has that Tavern sitting on an Aztec temple on a lonely desert road to provide travellers with a night's stop-over.

With a quick tweak...

Outside the Tavern there are maybe fifty wagons loaded with tradegoods and horses in corral, yet others remain harnessed to their wagons. Obviously it is a popular location for those looking for a place to stop on this long and lonely road.

A Freakshow of Patrons, Tavern employees and entertainers seems to be occuring on the grand stone stairway that leads up into the huge, fortified stone building that may have once been a Keep.

I saw it in the theater when it first came out. I remember that everyone laghed when the vampire said 'Welcome to slavery' and the response, everyone in the theater laughed pretty hard. It is an awesome flick. I loved the third, and the second was okay, but was kind of a drag.

The best thing about this movie is that I was somehow insulated from any previews and hype about it prior to its release. I went to see it with a bunch of friends. As the movie started I vaguely remembered seeing previews for it, but only the bank robber part. Then came the whole vampire feeding frenzy and I was like "Holy Crap! This just suddenly turned into a vampire movie!" Fun stuff.

Oh, but then there's the persistent presence of Quentin Tarentino's foot fetish, which shows up in every movie he's involved in. In this case, slurping beer off of Selma Hayek's toes. =/ Not a bad scene, it just reminds me of his fetish, which I find off-putting.

Best part of the movie starts right after the foot fetish scene - when all heck breaks loose and the mooks die in droves. Great scene!

The pull-back catches a lot of people by surprise too - a buddy just saw it the other day, and was having a "WTF?!" moment because of it.

Good times :)

I loved so many scenes in this movie and it is beyond quotable.
We have never used anything like it in any of our games cause our DM knows better. All that tresure, by the time we walked over all of those vamps we would have so much money we could by a kingdom or even better start a war.
Yes we paly evil alot and neutral sometimes so we would have controlled all those undead and had a ball.

The creepiest part to me was when the border cop kept stareing at the chick on the toilet, vamps, bloodshed, corpses as musical instruments NP looking at a underage girl "like that" is just sick. Other than that it was a great movie.
