I am still wanting to look for a receiver for my TV and HDMI upconverted DVD player. It would be easy to hook the DVD output up to speakers but I would like to be able to put my cable shows through the speakers also and I will need a receiver for that. I started looking for them at Best Buy and I noticed that the smallest wattage receiver was 500 watts! I don't need anything like that. My 25 watt speaker system I just got for my computer is way more than I need or want. I just want a little wider sound than my TV gives. (Note: My computer and TV are deliberately in different rooms.)

So, it will be Wal-Mart for me. :)

I have just noticed that I have a HDMI out port on my Desktop...As soon as I have some extra cash That baby will be hooked up to the 42" screen..... Hulu in HD!!
