I've always been crazy. It keeps me from going insane.

Polls are meaningless! Unless they support my opinions. ;)

Just for the record my wife understands who the boss is, she knows who rules the roost, and she knows whos word is law!

Spoiler:
And she even lets me pretend it's me sometimes! ;)

Awright folks. I'm off for now. I'll definetly be back later though, to join in the whole "today sucked!!!!" parade.

I think my wife's the boss, at least of most of the house. Luckily, I have the basement she fears as my ultimate domain.

Don't forget to register your float in time to enter the contest.

ghost post

Time to bail for a bit, have fun ya'll.

It's a beautiful day in this neighborhood,
A beautiful day for a neighbor,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?

It's a neighborly day in this beautywood,
A neighborly day for a beauty,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?

I have always wanted to have a neighbor just like you,
I've always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you.

So let's make the most of this beautiful day,
Since we're together, we might as well say,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
Won't you be my neighbor?

Won't you please,
Won't you please,
Please won't you be my neighbor?

Is that anything like Emmett Otter's Jug Band Christmas?

I'm not sure. All I know is that "That's what broke baby bird's balloon."

It is one of the best little kids' "I can read" books. "The B Book".

'Tis over now, blue monkey.

I had a taco salad for dinner. Recipe for chicken taco salad:

  • Deep fry a flour tortilla into a giant bowl shape.
  • Fill said flour tortilla with Mexican Chicken a la King (sub cheese sauce for white sauce and jalapenos for pimientos)
  • Sprinkle with a scant 1/4 cup shredded lettuce.
  • Dollop on several ounces of sour cream

My "I don't see no lettuce" post looks eerily like foreshadowing now.

And, because I was being good with a salad, I'd already consumed a side of guac. *sigh*

Have yet to see it, may pick it up on DVD though.

May have us a mini Boondock Saints marathon after we get the kids to bed, or may just watch some Burn Notice and Cougartown (aka, The Treppa Show.) ;)

Damn this tooth hurts. :S

I had the TV tuned to a basketball game (and loudly, I might add) in my living room and I was in the back bedroom (converted into an office) watching the UK game on the pc with the speaker system cranked when I heard this drumming sound. WTH? Knocking, I thought. It continued, so I went to look out my door. No one there. WTF? So, I opened the door to look around and surprised the heck out of some little girl (probably 9 or 10 years old) who was short and standing so close to the door that I couldn't see her through the peep hole. She finally stammered out that she was at the wrong house (actually an apartment) and ran off.
