Why would you pick a lit up house with a car in the driveway, the television on, and people obviously inside if you're gonna pull that crap?

I hope we can keep her car :P

Too bad you couldn't have made a deal. You give me the car and I tell them you sometimes live here. <jk>

Would've been nice. We could use a big ol' truck where we work considering all the furniture we have.

EDIT: TOTP!

bummer. we had a drunk on a snowmobile pull that last month down the street. There wasn't even snow on the roads. That was COPS worthy video there.

I love that show. I'd never lie to police after seeing it - it's so obvious who's full of it and who's being truthful. Those guys must have hugely developed BS meters.

EDIT: Dagnabbit! Too slow.

My apologies for picking nits, Sharoth. I was trying to be funny, but it didn't work. Sorry.

Will be careful. I've got the sick time so money's not the problem. I am just really starting to hate the doc. He's the jerk that kept me in the hospital an extra 2 days, even after clearance by the endocrinologist and cardio teams. I look for lttle signs of progress to keep me from fretting about any possible long-term problems. I'm also going house crazy. Without my dog I have no one to kill time with. Can only handle small doses of computer/TV time, and books require too much concentration. :(

Welllll... I promise to not be pissed off if you promise to send me some gold and gems. My hoard needs to grow some more.

I'm sorry about the doc. That sucks. And I'm sorry that the recovery is so frustrating. But you are recovering, and I'm sure that things will be looking up soon.*hugs*

Taig, sorry that work is so frustrating right now. And *hugs* for you too. Cause I'm betting you could use some. :)

I went to look at cell phones today. Mine has been dying for a while now, but has pretty much decided to give up the ghost. Technically it still delivers almost half of my incoming calls, and sometimes even my messages from the ones I missed. Sometimes it even rings through the message on the same day the call came in.....so yeah. I'm not thrilled about getting a new phone, but it looks like I'll have to in the next couple of days since presently I am pointlessly carrying around a phone shaped lump of plastic. :/

On the bright side, I did find one I really like. And it's purple. ^.^

I have appts with two docs next week Thursday, then I'll know. The problems may continue weeks past getting cleared for work, but my job requires brain power. This will cause me to pace myself better, which is good, and getting cleared to drive will make me feel better, though it will create new strain on our driving resources since our beater car's engine died. I'm just not used to thinking slowly, and having to think about normally automatic things. Being busy will take my mind off of other things.

They are in the mail, in a big package stamped "GOLD AND GEMS" all over the outside. I'm sure they will be there shortly.

Mairkurion might be trying to keep to his Lent restriction today. I think he said Wednesday and Friday. Maybe he's out doing a pub crawl. :)

Yep. He sometimes surfaces on FB, but he stays from Paizo (or at least remembers his best to!) on the days mentioned.

Have they given you a guesstimation about your recovery time. Of course, given what you've said about the doctor, I imagine he hasn't said much to you about it.

I'm sorry it's been so frustrating. :(

Oh what fun my late night appointment turned out to be. I remain sober on St Patty's drag my happy ass out drive all the way down there and guess what... the dumb fnckers closed and went home, or out to party, early! How very friggin nice of them to blow off the guy who would have liked to get his Irish on but instead came out to take care of them. Jackamasses.

A real Irish beer. Not that piss water they put food coloring in and claim it's "an Irish tradition". It's a bloody insult is what it is.

Green beer has alwayds irritated me, I'm half Irish and in recent years have begun to delve into that side of my heritage. As for Harp, it's the only beer this drow drinks. ;)

Ahhhh, if only. I honestly don't drink often. When I do it's normally to get my Irish on for one reason or another. Hmmmm I wonder if I got any Three Swallows left.
