I thought it would be fun to compile a list of your favorite actors who are, well, creepy. The fun thing about this is that many of them are highly recognizable actors, but their names are often unfamiliar.

Just list a couple per post.

I'll start

Bill Duke

Ronald Lacey

Andoran (Paizo Charter Superscriber, Pathfinder Battles Case Subscriber)

Crispin Glover- not only a fine actor, but a gifted singer as well.

Clarence Williams III

Andoran (RPG Superstar 2012 Top 16)

Seconded on Crispin Glover

Willem Dafoe

Gary Oldman has been a bit creepy. In Leon, especially.

Shocked nobody has mentioned these yet:

Christopher Walken

Steve Buscemi

Peter Stormare

Andoran (RPG Superstar 2012 Top 16)

Christian Bale, in some of his early movies.

Vincent Schiavelli.

Actors or Roles?

Chris Walken in The Prophecy series = Seriously creepy.
Chris Walken in True Romance = Wonderfully evil.

Nathan Fillion as Caleb in Buffy = Seriously creepy.
Nathan Fillion as Malcolm Reynolds in Firefly/Serenity = AWESOME ON A STICK!

Summer Glau as River Tam in Firefly/Serenity = Seriously creepy.
Summer Glau as A Ruttin TERMINATOR = Sarah Connor Chronicles = Seriously creepy.

As for actors just actors...

Alan Rickman can be.
Elijah Wood can be.
Jack Nicholson.

There are more, but I'm on hold.

John Lithgow, especially in this season of Dexter

Jackie Earle Haley

Hurm...

Powers Boothe.
Glenn Close.
the short woman from Poltergeist--cheating with imdb: Zelda Rubenstein

and, Mikhaila, you see Nathan Fillion as the Hammer in Dr Horrible's Sing-along Blog? DOUBLE AWESOME!

Silver Crusade (Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber)

Geoffrey Rush (Quills anyone?)

Yes, he has some serious creep factor in his early work...

(Pathfinder Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Modules Subscriber)

Bruce Dern for the win!

(Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, Adventure Path, Campaign Setting, Companion, Tales Subscriber)

Sam Neill

Phillip Seymour Hoffman
Dylan Baker
(see Happiness for both of 'em)

Clancy Brown (Highlander, for starters)

Gary Busey

James Spader (Secretary is a good example)

And for the women, there's Juliette Lewis and Amanda Plummer..

Andoran (RPG Superstar 2012 Top 16)

That's downright soul-scarring.
