I would love to, Haun, but right know I'm fully "booked". Yet I'm sure that one of the other artists (sort of speakin ;-) )here can do a great render of your character. I will do the staff thou, (I luv drawing items!) It takles me much less time so I can squeese it in.

That reminds me . . . Hugo, you can do Morag last of the characters in the queue. You've effectively done most of her anyway when you did her dress. And since you did mine relatively recently, I don't mind waiting my turn. I'd just want her done in a few weeks for the first game of our new group.

Sweet! Thanks cant wait to see the staff.

Yeah I hope one of the other artists will do it too!

Here you go then!

Black's Druidic Staff

I wanted to make a druidic staff for a while now, so I jumped at this chace!

I would have loved to make the caps bigger to show the detail better but that may have steal the attention from the other parts.

I hope you like it!

Hugo, I just want to thank you again for your 'Brand the Wizard' sketch, I absolutely love it. If time permits with my schedule, i'll try my hand at coloring it. I'd be glad to see how others would color it as well.

Very cool Hugo. I have tried drawing a few things as of late and well, lets just say I need to practice much more. Much Much more. Sorry Lilith.

Sorry!

I might be able to take Black. I have sudden bursts of free time, and I can feel one coming on.

She's been started. It's just that a.) work's been hell for the past week, and b.) I've been really sick, so it might take longer than forseeen.

I've noticed Shiny has a weak spot for turning down any characters that grab his attention...

:-D

I'll have to pick up another person's character at some point myself... hopefully someone who doesn't already have something done.

Sykala the Druidess is waiting for ya Jack....come on....you know you wanna.... ;)

LOL, I tried my hand at doing a sketch today and booooooy do I ever need to practice drawing anatomy correctly (I'll get it but it'll take a bit - your all inspiring me).

Hugo I just thought of something that might help your sketch of Kepi.
I'm not fully up on what this would be, but she is somewhere between a B and a C Cup (closer to C). Not sure how that will translate while wearing Studded Leather, whether because it is flexible it will mould or whether it will flatten her out. Feel free to go whichever way you want.

Just food for thought. =)
Cheers

Thanks, Dark Arioch.

$20 says that it looks amazing and like most artists you are being overly critical of your own work, if you'd like I can give you my e-mail that way I can give you a second opinion of it before you post it here.

Dark Arioch, a few questions on Ka'kara:
Any deity or animal totem?
Barbarian from which region?
Sexy, menacing, or inbetween looking?

Larcifer wrote:

It's done, but I have yet to put it up on DeviantArt. I'm not entirely pleased with it, so if you don't like it, TELL ME. I WILL MAKE ANOTHER ONE.

Well, I already threw it out. The problem is that the angle he holds the pick at means the blade would be very difficult to see because of the perspective. When I try to fudge that a little, it looks ridiculous because no one would hold a weapon like that.

I do have one that I'm moderately happy with but it goes back to the "pick look" and not the "kama look" that you envision.

You artists are doing an awesome job!

Though I missed the Monday rush, if any of you ever get the urge to draw a female wood-elf druid/ranger I have one to add to the request pile.

Spoiler:
Carienne Treewalker
Female Wood Elf Gestalt Druid 15/ Ranger 10 / Warshaper 5
Worships Obad-hai
Young adult, green eyes, brown hair tied in a long ponytail, slight build
No animal companion at this moment (since my DM likes to kill them)
2 weapon fighter (scimitar and rapier)
Prefers Bite of the Werebear to wildshape, but it depends on the situation
+3 wild glamored leather, cloak of elvenkind
Circlet of Wisdom, Summoner's totem, assorted animal/plant ornaments
Str 15
Con 14
Dex 19
Int 12
Wis 18
Cha 11
Neutral, but with Good tendencies. Humanoids are just another animal species. Protector of the forests, but understands death is part of life. Nature can be capricious, and so can Carienne. She loves a good thunderstorm (cleansing of the earth)

Do you have a animal companion planned for in the near future?

My 1st was a silver wolf, then I upgraded to a dire wolf named Mithral when Shadow got squished by a giant. (No roleplaying or rolling, no explanation as to how/why) Mithral and I parted ways when an endure elements spell couldn't keep him safe from cold damage in an elder evil segment. (Though it worked on us.) My DM just doesn't like the complication.

Out of game I'd like a pair of leopards.

Thx!

Can some one draw a Spear-wielding Druid with a war dog animal companion? (buckler on right arm)

I cant decide on his race ( I'm using Beta for this) should he be half-orc or human?

Nakakuro Sachiko.

Sorry about the long wait, but she was really difficult to get *right*. I'm still not sure if I got the vibe- if I didn't, tell me so I can fix whatever's wrong.

Dark Arioch wrote:

The Kellids are not so fair-skinned, I believe. They tend to have duskier-toned skin and dark hair. Think Conan (from the original stories, or the Frank Frazetta Arnold S.). Of course yours could look as you described, but your 'average' Kellid doesn't.

Thanks Mr Shiney!
I really like the hair with pins. The stance looks as if the demon aspect really is taking over! Like she no longer is in control. Much appreciated.

Alright now. I am loving all the artwork in this thread. I hope some one will take some of my characters and place them to paper.

Dravite Schorl-Is here along with backstory.

Terin 'The Beast' Talonshift-Is here along with backstory.

Podak 'Stonerider' Ogolangnathi- Goliath Druid/Beastmaster with a War-rhino animal companion. The Rhino-'Slim' was a found by Stonerider in a half-starved and diseased state and nursed back to health by him. He is a Tough creature who has seen his share of battle. He wears forest green magical studded leather barding, a mwk exotic military saddle, saddlebags and a +1 adamantine horn cover. Stonerider wears no armor except for a protective ring and a natural armor amulet. He wields a Large sized forceful greatclub of charging (like a forceful skylance) and carries a magic sling with him. For magic items he has a magical circlet, a Dragonmask, a periapt of wisdom, Bracers of Collision, a vest of Natural armor, Hewards haversack, and a healing belt. Stats- 18 str, 16 dex, 12 con, 10 int, 17 wis(21 with periapt), 10 cha. He converts all his money into gems and embeds them into his skin centered on his lithoderms, giving him a multicolored, multifaceted shimmer. He is 7'11" tall and around 325 lbs.(kinda lanky for his race). As a child he invented a game where hollowed out boulders were entered by the kids, who would brace themselves and shove off a ledge into a channel that runs down the mountains. He earned the name 'Stonerider' for this. When he charges him and the rhino average around 130 damage. He is 12th level with his +1 LA. Here is the custom mini I did up for them as reference.

I hope someone can do my guys, I would love to see them drawn up.

No love for ol' Fakey? *sniff* Oh well.....
